Improve the site

So a few of you already filled out this form and I'm going to make a list of all the things we could improve and if/when we are going to improve it. I picked out some of the answers and I will answer/comment on them. Feel free to respond and give more comments (:
What do you think of the layout?
"I love it. But it's a bit sad, you can't change your profile on the app and also don't see the chat."
I know, but sadly I can't change the app. If there was a way to make our own app, that would be awesome, but I don't know anything about that.
"It's really pretty and I'm curious to see one of the new banners! My eyes can't really handle the gryffindor red though, but I told you about that earlier

You told me indeed, but since no one - as far as I know - has that problem, I'm not going to change it, but if others do have the same problem, let me know!
"Personally i think it would look better with only one side bar (maybe announcements under welcome) and the recently updated threads before the shout box? mainly just because sometimes with quotes, the text in the threads ends up being like 3 words long. Otherwise i like it, though the blue colour is kinda dull, but i dunno what other colour to suggest. haha."
Yeah I get that, but I can only put "recent threads" above or beneath anything, so that was why I made the two sidebars - I'm still thinking of changing that by the way, but I don't want to change things too often. Also about the colors; yes, more of you said that, I'm going to think about it!
An actual picture of a wand/your pet on your profile? /more ability to make your profile something more personal
I tried that, but it isn't possible :c and urls didn't work either, so I have no idea how to do that. I could check the html though! Also what would you like to have so you can make your profile more personal?
I think the colors are quite good now, the black on white is easy to see. Is it possible to add a bow in the sidebar saying the number of people online right now? because every time some one wants to see who is online they have to go to the main page, so maybe if possible putting it on the side would let people know who's online whichever page their on

What is not clear to you?
When do classes start? Or have they already started? And how do they work? Also, I don't fully get how Quidditch will work either...
There will be trials in the next few months, but the classes really start the first of september, so we have loads of time preparing them, but Sharon is doing this section, so maybe she could explain this to you better. Also quidditch is explained here, it's actually just a short story about the Quidditch match, with the names of the players in it.
Urm. Nothing as yet, although i think it would be handy to have a section explaining 'what to do now you're a member' and like link to where to get wands, pet, books, sign up for classes and then what you're supposed to do for the classes. (ie, where to send assignemnts etc)
Once again Sharon does the classes, so I think she can do this, but it's a very good idea! I will work on a guide for on the site for sure.
What do you miss?
• Patronus (Will appear in classes soon)
• Animagus (Will appear in classes soon)
• Ministery of Magic - We could, but like you said; that's outside Hogwarts. It could be for later, though.
• Room of Requirement
• The Forbidden Forest - In the Forbidden Forest we can post some stories encountering fantastic beasts or something like that.
• A secret duelling club
• Elves - Which you create yourself.
• Kitchen - Where we can share recepies for cakes and such.
•Brooms
• Diners
• The Great Lake
• The Squid
• Beauxbatons and Durmstrang section
•Mrs Norris and Filch
• Library
•Detention
• We could do a triwizard tournament, one member from each house get's nominated and have to do three 'tasks' so they get given a scenario and they have to write about how they would go about facing it, it get's posted on a thread and there's a poll on who everyone did best, the person with the most votes get 5 points, 2nd four, third 2, and last one. Whoever get's the most points after the three challenges wins and gets house points and Galleons.
• Order of the Phoenix/Death Eaters
• Howlers
• Falling images creator
You guys have some very good ideas, we'll see what we can do!

People do have a lot of money, maybe too much. Maybe you could higher the price of stuff?
True, but we've already changed the 100G you get at the beginning to 50G and we decided to lower the prizes you can win on games etc.
Maybe add to the sidebar Hogwarts Letters, shout outs to certain members that would have to be payed for with galleons.
